Biography
Dance music is constantly moving in a new directions meaning there are always new waves of up and coming DJs pushing their way through. For the past 10 years Rebekah has been striving to achieve her passion for music both in the UK and on an international level. Her filthy tech house sounds have managed to catch the ear of many a promoter and have helped her achieve a lot of respect from both them and clubbers alike In the four years she has been DJing professionally Rebekah has toured every inch of the globe. Last year alone saw her play at some of the most exclusive parties and rocking clubs that South Africa, Australia, China, South America, Italy, Russia, India and South East Asia has to offer. This was in addition to her UK commitments 2004 saw the biggest achievement of Rebekahs career to date.
Over a million listeners of World famous BBC Radio 1 tuned in to hear Rebekah being interviewed by the notorious Fergie. After he played her elec-tech tribal mix it was no surprise when Notion magazine (formerly known as Klub Knowledge) approached Serious to do a three page spread on her as one of the UKs hottest up and coming DJs. The press interest didnt stop there, M8 have their eye on Rebekah aswell as doing a cover shoot and 6 page spread they have pinned her down as one of the key breakthrough DJs to watch in 2005! 2005/6 Rebekah has been busy in the studio with Deepgroove, Leiam Sullivan (Ceramix/ Max Linen) and Infant Records Simon Baker. Whilst awaiting releases due out on Dogmatik and Criminal records Rebekah has started to concentrate on her own productions and it really is a matter of time before this young lady will be setting the dance industry a light with her techno infused grooves. New residencies for 2006 include the Custard Factory where she has already played alongside the likes of Lottie and Switch Rebekah impressed Switch so much that a gig has been lined up for his night at Fabric. Heading back down to London Rebekahs second residency is playing alongside Paul Jackson and Phil Drummond at the already infamous Formula at the Key. With regular sets both in the UK and abroad for all the big clubbing brands and exclusive fashion parties as well as being a regular on Pete Tongs Usual Suspects its no wonder this tender aged 25 year old is kicking up a storm for the new generation of clubbers.
